Biography

Hanan Al-Balushi is working as a lecturer in the Faculty of Business at Sohar University, Oman. She received her Master of Business (HRM) from the University of Queensland, Australia, in 2013 and is currently doing a Ph.D. in Management at the University of Technology, Malaysia. Her specialization is in human resources management and management and international business law. Her research interests are in the areas of management, sustainability, SMEs, and entrepreneurship.

  • Bachelor in Management, Sohar University, Oman, 2007.
  • Executive MiniLLM in International Business Law, 2022, London School of Business and Finance​.
