Dr Abu Zafar MD Rashed Osman
Biography
He obtained his Doctor of Business Administration in 2017 from the University Utara Malaysia, his MS in Engineering Management from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) in 2005, and his BS in Industrial Management from Jacksonville State University, USA. He has more than 22 years of rich experience in academics and industry. He is the author of more than 30 published articles at national and international levels in referred journals, of which 15 are Scopus and Web of Science indexed. Currently, he is in the position of Associate Professor at the School of Business at Sohar University, Sohar, Oman. He is also a reviewer for two prestigious journals, Quality Assurance in Education and the International Journal of Quality Research.
