Accommodation and Living Support
- Provide information on available accommodation options both on and off campus.
- Offer guidance on living expenses, transportation, and essential services.
Administrative and General Assistance
- Support students with administrative procedures related to residency, health insurance, and university ID issuance.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate international students’ affairs.
- Maintain dedicated communication channels to respond to enquiries and follow up on requests.

- Provide continuous academic advising and monitor students’ academic progress.
- Facilitate access to learning support services, digital resources, and campus internet facilities.
- Assist students with course registration and the selection of appropriate modules.

- Ensure free access to the University Clinic during working hours (8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.).
