عبد القادر ربابة حاصل على درجة الدكتوراه في المحاسبة من جامعة الشمالية في ماليزيا والمعتمدة من. (AACSB) قبل انضمامه إلى جامعة صحار، شغل الدكتور عبد القادر منصب أستاذ مساعد في جامعة البلقاء التطبيقية في الأردن، وعمل في الجامعة العربية المفتوحة في عمان. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، نشر إحدى وعشرين ورقة بحثية في مجلات دولية محكمة بعضها في WOS وScopus وABDC وABS. يقوم بتدريس مجموعة متنوعة من مواد المحاسبة.
