Dr Clement Varaprasad Karu
Biography
In 2011, Dr Karu Clement Varaprasad graduated with a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, India. He has more than 20 years of teaching experience at different levels in engineering colleges. He is currently employed at Sohar University in Oman as an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Engineering. Industry 4.0, Mechatronics, Micromachining, 3D printing, Industrial Automation and Robotics, Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS), and CNC machining are some of his research interests. He belongs to a number of professional associations. He is a member of the American Journal of Mechanical and Materials Engineering’s review team and the editorial board of an international journal of mechanical, computational, and manufacturing research. 04 book chapters have been published by him. He has published his journals in over 23 reputed international journals.
