Biography

Dr Abdoulhdi is an Assistant professor at the Sohar University in Oman. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Technology, Malaysia in the field of Applied Mechanics and design. His master’s degree in Materials Engineering was obtained from the University of Science, Malaysia. Dr Abdoulhdi has more than twelve years of teaching and research experience, has secured several research grants, and has supervised master’s and Ph.D. students. His research interests include Continuum damage mechanics, Failure analysis, Bio-composite characterization, Finite element analysis, and Health monitoring. He has published more than 40 journal articles.
