Sohar University concluded the 24th Arab Creative Student Forum for the year 23 on November 13, 2023, which is organized by the Arab Council for Student Training and Creativity, based at the University of Jordan, under the title of The Role of Higher Education Institutions in Economic Development, under the patronage of Dr. Hamdan bin Sulaiman Al-Fazari, VC of Sohar University.
During the day, the research presentations were completed, followed by the final arbitration sessions. The winning research papers were also announced: first place: University of Anbar – Iraq, on the path of creativity and scientific innovation. First place: Al-Ahliyya Amman University in Jordan, on the path of scientific research and humanities. First place on the path of current developments in information technology was Misr University for Science & Technology in Egypt, while first place in the path of artistic creativity was University of Nizwa in the Sultanate of Oman.
