Sohar University and the Environment Authority of North Al Batinah held a meeting on Monday, April 29, 2024.The purpose of it is to discuss ways of joint cooperation between the two parties in the field of scientific research, innovation and the environment.
Through the meeting, the university confirmed its full commitment to its plan, which is centered around becoming a green university. This step, in turn, contributes to Suhar city as “Green city”, Which comes in line with Oman Vision 2040 on reducing sources of pollution, that achieves the goal “Omani people living in high-quality, pollution-free environmental environments”.
