The ground floor also offers self-service kiosks for seamless borrowing and returning of materials, alongside a designated area showcasing newly arrived books.
The first floor is home to the reference service desk, where skilled librarians provide professional assistance to users, guiding them to the Centre’s collections, resources, and services. Personalized support is available to help users locate information, choose the most suitable resources, and navigate the library’s offerings efficiently. This floor also features nine private study rooms for group discussions, segregated by gender, along with a seminar room. Additionally, the first-floor houses specialized collections on Oman, statistics, and informational leaflets, while offering wide study spaces and computer access.
