Dr Radwan Ahmed Al Haf
Biography
Dr Radwan obtained a doctorate in law in 1998 from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, with very good grades and a recommendation to exchange the thesis with Egyptian and foreign universities. Dr. Al-Haf is an assistant professor at Sohar University from 2016 until now. Before joining Sohar University in 2016, he held the positions of Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for Academic Affairs and Head of the International Law Department at the University of Aleppo. He was a visiting researcher at the Faculty of Law at Stockholm University in 2004. He has supervised several theses for master’s and doctoral programs in the faculty of law and the faculty of economics at the University of Aleppo. Dr Radwan has published numerous scientific research papers in prestigious scientific journals and has been accepted to publish a collaborative study in the Scopus 2023 database. He held the position of Coordinator of the Law Program at Sohar University for four years. His research interests are concentrated in the framework of international human rights law, international environmental law, international criminal law, and international humanitarian law. Dr. Al-Haf won the Sohar University President’s Award for Distinguished Teaching for the academic year 2021–2022.
