Participation Requirements
- Research papers are accepted in Arabic and English.
- The research must be original and not previously presented at any conference or submitted for publication.
- The research title must be related to one of the conference themes.
- The researcher must be enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at a university in the Sultanate of Oman.
- The Scientific Committee accepts both individual and collaborative research papers.
- The application must include: the research title, the supervisor's name, the university name, and an abstract (150-300 words).

Research Writing Guidelines
- Font type and size: Simplified Arabic 14 for Arabic research papers.
- Font type and size: Times New Roman 12 for English research papers.
- Line spacing: 1.5.
- The researcher must adhere to a sound scientific and methodological system for documenting the text and the bibliography.
- The research paper should be between 3,000 and 6,000 words, considering the requirements of scientific research and its proper methodology.
- The research paper must be accompanied by a list of sources and references arranged according to APA 7 or another format appropriate to the nature of the research.
- Research papers should be submitted as a Word document (docx) and a PDF file.
- The research paper must be free of grammatical and typographical errors.
