Admission Requirements

Entry Requirements

Completed the General Diploma, formerly Secondary School Completion Certificate in Oman, or equivalent and having passed Math and at least one from Physics or Chemistry.

Achieved a score at least equal to the Entry Score to be determined by Sohar University Academic Board.
Passed the General Foundation Program (GFP). Passing the English components of the GFP is a must before entering the program (Faculty), whereas passing the math and Computing components can be either before or after entering the first year of the program.
Completed the diploma degree GPA of ≥ 2.
