- University and college students in different stages from all regions in Oman.
- Allows individual or team participations.
- All participants must be Omani, whether they are independent individuals or as a team.
- For Teams:
- The team can have only one member of other nationalities.
- The team must not exceed five persons.
- Participating projects should be in aligned with National priorities of Oman Vision 2040 that are related to renewable energy.
- Participating projects should provide practical and Innovative solutions for the environmental or industrial problems using renewable energy.
- It is preferable that these projects be of a useful nature economically and can be invested later.
- Participating projects should be original projects and did not used in other competitions.
- Graduation projects can participate if they are within the competition field.
