Dr Eimad Abusham earned his Ph.D. and a Master in Information Technology and Computer Science from Multimedia University and the University Putra Malaysia in 2012 and 2002, respectively. He is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at Sohar University, where he has been working since 2013. From 2005 to 2012, he was a lecturer in the Faculty of Information Science and Technology at Multimedia University. In 2001, he worked at INTI International University & Colleges as a lecturer in Computing and IT. The research areas that he is interested in include Image Processing and Pattern Recognition, as well as AI and Machine Learning, where he has published more than 40 papers.
