Dr Zubair holds a PhD in information technology and graduated from the University Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). He completed his second postdoctoral study as a senior researcher at the Soft Computing and Data Mining (SCDM) Center in UTHM, Malaysia, before joining Sohar University as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology. He also held the position of Assistant Professor at the University of Lahore, Pakistan. He has published more than fifty research articles in reputed journals and peer-reviewed conferences. His research interests include Swarm Intelligence, Game Development, Computer Vision, and IoT.
