Maryam Al Jabri earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Sohar University's Faculty of Computing and IT in 2009. She also completed her master's degree at Coventry University, UK, in 2014. Between 2009 and 2014, she was a Teaching Assistant at Sohar University's Faculty of Computing and IT. She has been working at Sohar University since 2015 as a lecturer in the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology. She conducts research in the fields of programming, software engineering, and blockchain. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at UNISEL, Malaysia.
