Muhammad Shakil Ahmad received his Ph.D. from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. He is currently working as an assistant professor in the Faculty of Business at Sohar University, Oman. His research is concentrated on green human resource management, ecotourism resources, heritage tourism, community leadership, and knowledge management. He has published over 40 papers in internationally renowned journals.
