
Dr Adil started his career in research at the National Research Center in Sudan. He has contributed to teaching and academic management at different higher education institutions (HEIs) in Sudan and Oman. He won many research grants and consultancies in both Sudan and Oman and effectively managed to deliver them in appropriate ways. He works as an external reviewer for the Ministry of Higher Education in Oman for academic program approval. He published many papers, book chapters, and e-books to his credit. He has contributed as an organizer and presenter at many international conferences. He works on many editorial boards for regional academic journals. He was an adjunct fellow at the UQ Business School, University of Queensland, Australia. He has memberships in different academic and professional committees and associations in the region and globally. He works as a reviewer and member of scientific committees for many local, regional, and international conferences.
