Staff Development in the UK - 2017
 | As part of the university’s development plans and raising the efficiency of its employees, the Staff Development Department organized a training program for a number of the department managers and their deputies, as well as some of the department heads. The program takes place at University of York–, UK, and comes under the title of “Leadership Program”. During the first day of the program, several important topics, such as Management & Leadership are covered. On the second day, the program addresses the subject of Leadership - Maximizing Impact. The third day deals with the topic of “Leadership in Action”. The fourth day focuses on the topic of “Problem Solving & Innovation” and the fifth day on the “Service Design & Delivery”. |
