Dr Fatma Hassan Abd El Baset Mourgan
Biography
Fatma Hassan Abdel Baset holds her Ph.D. in Egypt at Helwan University’s in Physical Education. She currently works as an Assistant professor at Sohar University in the Sultanate of Oman, and previously worked at Helwan University in Egypt. Before joining Sohar University she worked as a visiting consultant at Sultan Qaboos University. She holds many local and Olympic training courses in various fields of specialization, and her sports career diversified between arbitration, training, education, and participation in sports teams in major clubs in Egypt. She has several research publications in internationally recognized journals in the fields of (the fields of sports training, sports training physiology, psychology, biomechanics, and entrepreneurship.). In addition to supervising and conversing about a fair number of master’s theses, she also oversees a lot of funded research done by undergraduates at Sohar University, which is part of the Scientific Research and Innovation Council in Oman.
